Paolo Veronese (Venetian, 1528 – 1588) is the subject of a major exhibition at the National Gallery of Art in London. Veronese and the Magnificence of the Renaissance (bad title) features many recently-cleaned and restored paintings that give new meaning the the notion of Venetian color. All works shown here with the exception of the Marriage at Cana are included in the show, which runs through 15 June 2014.
